The edible garden is idyllically situated directly by the Havel in Kladow, and gardener Katja Gurkasch is deeply rooted in it – her family has owned it for more than 100 years. The holistic health and nutrition consultant is an expert on edible plants and will be happy to take you through her garden on a journey of discovery and flavour.
She was also able to show off her culinary skills on Germany’s version of ‘Come Dine With Me’, winning the cooking show in 2006.
There are regular guided tours and workshops during the gardening season.
